The title and abstract of the article are used to guide the search process by referring to the keywords ‘Digital’ AND ‘Leadership’ AND ‘Neuroscience’. There are 8 articles were found that were considered relevant. The study period used as the study material is the Scopus-indexed article for the last 9 years (2016 to 2023). The results showed that many publications in Scopus-indexed journals, it can be seen that research on the role of digital leadership in implementing digital transformation and health organizations based on neuroscientific interventions is still rarely researched each year, there are only 8 Scopus documents (2016-2023).
